There is nothing stronger than the heart of a volunteer.

With the fast-paced and growing nature of the DistinXion program, we rely on our wonderful volunteers to help create an excellent experience for all of those involved. Our volunteers come from diverse backgrounds with unique skillsets.  From high school students to grandparents, our volunteers have become the heart of the organization, intentionally investing in the children and families of their communities.

Volunteer positions are available in all capacities and in all locations, and are essential for every camp to run efficiently and effectively. Whether you’re cooking food for our coaches, hosting our staff in your home, coaching a training station, taking pictures and filming videos, administering the registration table, or working in the office during the camp off-season, there is something for everyone.

All volunteers are required to be approved by the volunteer selection committee by submitting a completed volunteer application at least 2 weeks before the camp he/she is volunteering for.  Volunteer applicants will be notified of their acceptance and given proper training for their volunteer position.

We are so grateful for all of our volunteers and their service to DistinXion and to their communities. Below you will find just a few of the many volunteer positions available.  If you are interested in volunteering for DistinXion, please complete and submit the volunteer application found below.  More specific details can be found on the Volunteer Position Descriptions Packet.
