Meet the staff and board
Luke Zeller
CEO and President

Luke, the oldest Zeller boy, grew up in Washington, Indiana. At Washington High School, Luke graduated as valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA, won the Mr. Basketball award, was named to the McDonald’s All-American Team, and was awarded the Trester Mental Attitude Award after hitting a half-court shot to lead the Hatchets to a state championship. Luke played college basketball at the University of Notre Dame, graduating with a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. During his professional basketball career, he played with the Phoenix Suns and in Japan, Lithuania, California, Texas, and Arizona. Luke founded DistinXion in 2010 and has served as the President since. He is also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach. Luke married Hope in 2010 and they have an adorable son, Kyston, and daughter, Mylie Jo.

Lorri Zeller
SECRETARY
Graduated Cum Laude from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with a degree in Business Administration.
Lorri was inducted into her college’s Hall of Fame, honoring her basketball and softball careers.
During her career, Lorri coached basketball and worked in the Washington High School Athletic Office.
Today, Lorri works Full-Time for Zeller Xperience, a non-profit business that conducts basketball and character training.
Steve & Lorri are authors of the book “Raising Boys The Zeller Way”.
Chip Snively
Board member
Professor Snively is a Senior Lecturer in the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill. In addition, he is the coordinator of the Investment Emphasis in the Undergraduate Business Program and the Capital Markets and Investments Concentration in the full-time MBA Program. He is also the faculty sponsor for the UNC Finance Society and the MBA Investment Club.
He joined UNC Kenan-Flagler from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he was co-director of the Investment Management Academy, an applied investment management concentration/curriculum. He taught courses in the MBA (residential and online) and undergraduate programs, as well as a co-operative graduate program in Zagreb, Croatia.
Prior to teaching, Professor Snively worked for Intel Corporation in various senior financial management roles, including running manufacturing facilities in Malaysia, China and Puerto Rico, and a strategic planning group in Arizona. Additionally, he has corporate finance experience with American Airlines, and asset management experience with Liberty National Bank & Trust Company.
He received his MBA in finance/international business from Indiana's Kelley School of Business and an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Kentucky. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Professor Snively was a long time basketball official, refereeing for 31 years in Kentucky, Texas, Arizona, and the great state of Indiana, where he worked numerous Sectionals, Regionals, and Semi-States for the IHSAA. Professor Snively resides in Chapel Hill, NC with his wife Tanja (also an IU alum, daughter Taylor (15), Son Alex (15), and daughter McKenna (13). He has worked with DistinXion since the formation of the business plan by Luke Zeller at Notre Dame.
Scott Fuson
TALENT COMMITTEE MEMBER
Graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
Scott Fuson joined Dow Corning Corporation in 1982. Throughout his career in Dow Corning, he has held various positions in sales for electronics and aerospace industries, marketing, corporate business development, strategic intelligence, market planning, and strategy development.
In 2005, Scott was elected corporate vice president, a role in which he led teams that re-defined Dow Corning’s service and solutions offerings. He was involved in the early stages of the development of XIAMETER® along with leading the company’s activity to integrate all customer-facing activities including e-business, corporate branding, and communications.
In 2007, Scott was named vice president for Dow Corning’s Life Sciences Global Market Business Unit.

JoAnna Ness
BOARD MEMBER
Graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors degree in Non-profit Management, followed by a Master of Arts degree in Philanthropic Studies at IU Lily Family School of Philanthropy.
JoAnna has experience working with several foundations, such as Community Foundation of Noble County, Parkview Noble Hospital Foundation, Indiana University Foundation, and Smithville Charitable Foundation.
JoAnna currently serves as the Director of Community Foundation Programs at Indiana Philanthropy Alliance in Indianapolis, IN.
